International Women in Business (IWIB)

Saturday, October 27th  |  9am-3pm  |  Harvard University

At Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business, we want to build an international alliance of Women in Business groups across all college and university campuses. If you are a member of a Women in Business organization at any college or university, we invite you to attend the annual International Women in Business (IWIB) summit on Harvard's campus during IBC weekend. Participants this year will experience a revolutionized and diverse IWIB with an emphasis on interaction between speakers and attendees. We have announced this year's two keynotes: Amanda Zuckerman and Sevetri Wilson. Look below for more information!

Established in 2009 as the National Women in Business Summit, the International Women in Business (IWIB) Summit has expanded to become a prestigious summit for a select group of about 100 executive leaders from around 40 top collegiate business organizations around the world. With a full day of targeted, intensive leadership programming, IWIB is also one of the main programs of Women in Business Weekend at Harvard. The IWIB Summit offers an intimate forum for young women to interact and foster a long-lasting network that is maintained through a host of additional programming and resources such as regional reunions and mentorship pairings. In addition to building relationships, delegates will be able to strengthen their own organizations by sharing best practices, leveraging collective resources, and gaining valuable insights from both their peers and from top female business leaders in the world.

Each Women in Business (WIB) chapter holds its own unique set of assets: a rich history, a diverse membership, and a setting in which it can achieve its goals. Underlying our surface distinctions, however, is a single goal that unites us all: providing professional education and experience for college women. A united Women in Business organization will allow each chapter to thrive by creating a forum wherein WIB leaders can share best practices, initiate collaborative programming, and build networks that span far beyond their individual campus’ gates.

Thus, we invite you to join us as a chapter of the International Women in Business organization. We hope you will share the ideals you would like to see upheld by Women in Business chapters across the globe. We will continue this conversation this coming October 27, 2018 at the International Women in Business Summit at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We look forward to seeing you there!
